Honey nut cheerios is a variation of the cheerios breakfast cereal that was first introduced in 1979 by the General Mills cereal company.
It is much sweeter than the original variation with honey and almond flavor.
Honey nut cheerios used to have actual nuts in but in 2006 they were discontinued and artificial flavorings were introduced instead.
It is the best-selling cereal in the united states. (source)
So can hamsters eat honey nut cheerios?
No they can’t. It is better to feed them plain cheerios instead of those that have added flavorings and additives.
They will enjoy plain cheerios, give them a few at a time.
