They have six petal-like tepals that are surmounted by a cup or trumpet shaped corona.
The flowers are usually white or yellow but there are also pink or orange varieties.
They have either uniform or contrasting colored tepals and corona.
They are very popular to grow in gardens around the world
So can hamsters eat daffodils at all?
They unfortunately cant as they are toxic for hamsters to eat.
Both the flowers, stem and daffodil bulb will harm them if eaten.
They may also contain parasites as well.
